Jia Bai is the younger brother of The Dragon Head of Strathport City, Zheng Bai. It's unknown to Zheng that his brother has been out of a coma for the past 3 years, undergoing intense physical and other therapies.
I don't intend to bring him into UW lol, but since I've never drawn him and he is a pretty big part of Zheng's life/past, I figured why now lol
